1. Collection and Use of Email Addresses

• By completing the application form, the user agrees to provide their email address, which is collected as essential information for providing the housing contract service.
• Collected email addresses will be used for contract-related notifications, service provision, and customer support purposes.

2. Purpose and Types of Personal Information Collected

• Purpose: To provide the housing contract service, send contract-related notifications, offer customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
• Types of Information Collected: Name, email address, school name.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

• Collected personal information will be retained for one year after the service is completed and then promptly destroyed. However, information may be retained for a legally mandated retention period if required by law.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

• User personal information is not provided to external parties as a principle.
• However, information may be shared with third parties in the following cases:

  • When necessary for service provision (e.g., contract agents, payment agencies), in which case only the minimum required information will be shared.
